for this project I was just trying to make the voidfish look otherworldly and ethereal, to make this happen I tried to use a lot of shading and bright colours. I also tried to make it look as wispy/floaty as possible. I forgot to take any progress photos so I don't have any of those.
SELF ASSESSMENT
For my grade on this unit I would give myself an E7. I give myself this grade because of my in-depth analysis of TAZ (the media I was working from) and the connections from the objects I chose to the storyline, as well as the thought process that went towards getting the design choices that I had. I also used layering and blending quite a bit in my final artwork- which I did to what I believe is a high level.
